Active CamoThe chameleon is lame. If you want to see some real animal camouflage then look no further than the octopus. They have the ability to change the color, opacity, reflectiveness, and even the texture of their skin. And if they need to, they can perform “arm autonomy.” They will detach a limb and it will keep crawling along. Hopefully serving as a distraction while it makes a getaway.
